Choose How to Join Spaces Meetings

A CU60 device can be configured to launch by default the Spaces App (with personal login), or to
use the default CU360 App to join Spaces meetings as a Room.
Configuring your CU360 as a Spaces Room device assure that people in the room have no
access to personal Spaces information.
To change the preference, go to the CU360 App> Configure>Quick Setup and launch the wizard.

If you plan to use your CU360 device mostly to join Spaces Meeting as a shared Room device,
and you want an easy way to join a meeting, you can configure the CU360 as a Room device for
Spaces.

Please note: If the space you want to access with a Room endpoint is password
protected for any guest, you can join without inserting a PIN if invited by an
authorized member (through pairing code or QR code). You will be prompted to
insert a numeric password through the device UX or web interface if you are
joining directly through calendar invitations or other ways and the url of the
invitation does not embed the password in the link.
Important
If your CU360 App is configured in restricted mode, you cannot choose the Avaya Spaces
app for personal experience.
