Once this feature is enabled, when participants (members or guests) are muted by an
administrator, they can virtually "Raise Hand" to notify the admin that they want to talk.

Support for Raise Hand on the CU360 App

The icons representing the possibility to mute/unmute, on the CU360 App, are replaced by
"Raise Hand/Lower Hand" icons.
The "Mute" Key on the remote-control of the device will toggle "Raise Hand/Lower Hand" in
the CU360 App.
Once the participants virtually raise their hand, the administrator will be notified and will have
the possibility to accept or deny each participant's request to talk.
If the administrator accepts the request, the participant has the possibility to unmute
themselves: the "Lower Hand" is replaced with the "Unmute" icon, and the participant can use
the "Mute" Key on the remote-control, or through the web/graphical interface of the device as
usual, to start talking.
If the administrator denies the request, the participants cannot unmute themselves and can
only "Raise Hand" again.
