チェーンの振れ点検 (04̲53)
チェーンテンションの点検を行うには：
•
エンジンを停止します。
•
車両をスタンドで立てます。
•
チェーンの下部ブランチのフロ
ントスプロケットとリアスプロ
ケット間で、垂直の振れが約 28
- 30 mm であるか点検してくだ
さい。
•
他の位置でも垂直振幅を点検す

るため、車両を前に動かしてく
ださい。ホイールがどの位置に
回転してもチェーンテンション
が常に一定であることを確認し
ます。
振幅は一定であるが 28 - 30 mm より大
きい、または小さい場合は、チェーンテ
ンションを調整してください。
注意
ホイールの回転位置によって大きな弛み
が見られる場合は、リンクが潰れている
か固着しています。
リンクの固着を防止するためにチェーン
の潤滑を頻繁に行ってください。

Chain backlash check (04̲53)
To check the clearance:
•
Stop the engine.
•
Rest the vehicle on its
stand.
•
Check that the vertical os‐
cillation at a point between
the pinion and the crown on
the lower branch of the
chain is approx. 28 - 30 mm
(1.10 - 1.18 in).
•
Move the vehicle forward so
as to check the chain ver‐
tical oscillation in other
positions too. backlash
should remain constant dur‐
ing all wheel rotation pha‐
ses.
Adjust backlash if it is uniform but
higher or lower than 28 - 30 mm (1.10
- 1.18 in).
CAUTION
IF CLEARANCE IS GREATER AT SOME PO‐
SITIONS, THIS MEANS THAT SOME CHAIN
LINKS ARE FLATTENED OR JAMMED.
TO AVOID RISK OF SEIZURE, LUBRICATE
THE CHAIN ON A REGULAR BASIS.
