Should your product need servicing and repairs, please send it to your dealer
or to an authorized EMS Repair Center.
EMS decline responsibility for the safety of the device and declare the
warranty null and void if service or repair is carried out by an unauthorized
third party or if non-genuine spare parts are used.
It is best to ship the product in the original packaging. It protects the product
against damage during shipment.
Please clean, disinfect and sterilize the product and all accessories
as described in the operating instructions before dispatching them.
When sending the product directly to an approved EMS repair center, please
include the name of your dealer. This simplifies processing.
