26 Prima messa in servizio

Avvertenze preliminari
La prima messa in servizio dell'apparecchio deve essere
effettuata dal Servizio Tecnico di Assistenza RIELLO.
Verificare che:
Tutte le condizioni di sicurezza siano state rispettate.
L'unità sia stata opportunamente fissata al piano di ap-
poggio e posizionata correttamente.
Sia stata rispettata l'area di rispetto.
Tutti i collegamenti siano stati effettuati correttamente.
La quantità d'acqua nel circuito primario sia superiore al
volume minimo indicato nella tabella dati tecnici, per pre-
venire rischi di formazione di ghiaccio durante le opera-
zioni di sbrinamento o la continua modulazione della fre-
quenza del compressore.
Il filtro a rete sia installato, che sia almeno 10 maglie/pol-
lice² e che sia stato correttamente pulito dopo il carica-
mento dell'impianto.
Le valvole di intercettazione siano aperte.
L'impianto sia stato caricato e sfiatato.
La prova idraulica del circuito sia stata effettuata con esito
positivo.
I valori dell'alimentazione elettrica siano corretti.
La messa a terra sia eseguita correttamente.
Il serraggio di tutte le connessioni sia stato ben eseguito.
Siano stati rimossi gli eventuali distanziali e fermi ventila-
tore e compressore presenti nell'unità esterna.
L'apparecchio deve essere sempre alimentato elettrica-
mente per consentire il corretto preriscaldamento dell'olio
del compressore. È obbligatorio che l'apparecchio sia sotto
tensione da almeno otto ore prima di effettuare il primo
avviamento.
Test del sistema
Per eseguire il test:
Posizionare l'interruttore generale dell'impianto su "acce-
so".
Selezionare OFF dal Pannello comandi.
Avviare l'unità esterna impostando il parametro 147=4
(Booster riscaldamento)
Dopo che l'unità esterna ha funzionato per 10 minuti:
Impostare il parametro 147=0.
Verificare che l'unità si fermi.
Chiudere le valvole d'intercettazione.
Rimuovere e pulire il filtro a rete.
Ripetere l'operazione fino a quando nel filtro non siano
più presenti impurità.
Terminato il test:
Verificare che il parametro 147=0.

26 Putting into service
Preliminary warnings
The equipment must be put into service for the first
time by Technical Service. RIELLO.
Check that:
All safety conditions have been fulfilled.
The unit was appropriately fastened to support base
and correctly positioned.
Installation distances and gaps have been respected.
All connections have been made correctly.
The water quantity in the primary circuit must be high-
er than the min. volume indicated in the technical data
table, to prevent any risk of ice formation during the
defrosting operations or the continuous frequency
modulation of the compressor.
The mesh filter is installed, is of min. 10 meshes/inch²
and has been correctly cleaned after filling the system.
Check that the stop valves are open.
The system has been filled and vented.
The hydraulic test of the circuit must have been suc-
cessful.
Check that the power supply values are correct.
Grounding has been done correctly.
All connections have been fastened well.
Any spacers and fan and compressor stops have been
removed from the outdoor unit.
The equipment must have been always powered to en-
sure the correct pre-heating of the compressor oil. The
equipment must have been live for at least eight hours
before the first start-up.
System test
To perform the test:
Position the system's main switch in the "on" position.
Select OFF in the User interface.
Start the outdoor unit setting parameter 147=4 (heating
Booster)
After the outdoor unit has been operating for 10 min-
utes:
Set parameter 147=0.
Check that the unit stops.
Close the stop valves.
Remove and clean the mesh filter.
Repeat the operation until the filter is free from every
impurity.
After the test:
Check that parameter 147=0.
