25 Caricamento dell'impianto

Avvertenze preliminari
Assicurarsi che la linea di alimentazione elettrica generale
sia scollegata.
Accertarsi che i rubinetti di scarico siano chiusi e che le
eventuali valvole di sfiato dell'aria manuali presenti
sull'impianto siano aperte.
Durante l'operazione di riempimento lo sfogo di eventuale
aria presente nell'unità interna è garantito dallo sfiato au-
tomatico presente a bordo.
Operazioni
Prima di iniziare il caricamento:
Verificare che lo sfiato automatico presente nell'unità in-
terna e gli sfiati presenti nell'impianto siano aperti.
Aprire i dispositivi di intercettazione dell'impianto idrauli-
co.
Per caricare l'impianto:
Iniziare il riempimento aprendo lentamente il rubinetto di
carico acqua impianto posizionato sull'unità interna.
Chiudere gli sfiati dell'impianto non appena esce dell'ac-
qua.
Controllare che la pressione di caricamento dell'impianto a
freddo raggiunga il valore di circa 1 bar.
Quando la pressione dell'acqua si è stabilizzata:
Chiudere la valvola di carico.
Verificare la tenuta idraulica delle giunzioni.
L'impianto deve essere caricato ad una pressione di 1 bar
verificabile attraverso il manometro presente sull'unità in-
terna.
Il reintegro dei circuiti idraulici va fatto sempre con le
pompe spente.
Si consiglia di ripetere questa operazione dopo che l'ap-
parecchio ha funzionato per alcune ore e di controllare
periodicamente la pressione dell'impianto.

25 System filling

Preliminary warnings
Check that the main power supply line is disconnected.
Make sure that the drain taps are closed and that any
manual air vent valves on the system are open.
While filling, the discharge of the possible air inside the
indoor unit is guaranteed by the automatic vent on
board.
Actions
Before starting the filling:
Check that the automatic vent in the indoor unit and
the vents inside the system are open.
Open the hydraulic system's stop valves.
To fill the system:
Slowly open the system water filling cock on the indoor
unit to start filling.
Close the system vents as soon as water comes out.
Check that the filling pressure of the system when cold
reaches the value of approx. 1 bar.
Once water pressure has stabilised:
Close the filling cock.
Check the hydraulic sealing of the joints.
The system must be filled with a pressure of 1 bar that
can be checked with the pressure gauge on the indoor
unit.
Making up of the hydraulic circuits must always take
place with the pumps stopped.
Repeat this operation once the system has been run-
ning for a few hours. Periodically check the pressure in
the system.
