21 Collegamenti frigoriferi

Avvertenze preliminari
Le informazioni di dettaglio sulla macchina (misure, di-
mensioni, attacchi, spazi di rispetto, ecc.) sono riportate
nel capitolo "Dati tecnici" p. 10 .
Gli attacchi frigoriferi, dotati di valvole di intercettazione
sull'unità esterna, sono predisposti i per collegamenti a
cartella.
L'apparecchio non necessita di linee frigorifere precarica-
te.
Le linee frigorifere devono essere il più possibile rettilinee
e le curve necessarie devono avere un raggio maggiore di
300 mm.
Evitare l'introduzione di gas incondensabili (aria) nel cir-
cuito, altrimenti potrebbero generarsi, in funzionamento,
elevate pressioni con rischio di rotture.
Utilizzare tubazioni di collegamento ed attrezzature ido-
nee al refrigerante del sistema.
Evitare di stringere troppo il nastro adesivo per non dan-
neggiare l'isolamento.
Evitare isolamenti parziali delle tubazioni.
Collegamento
L'unità esterna è provvista di pretranciature per il passaggio
dei collegamenti frigoriferi.
Per rimuovere la parte di lamiera pretranciata:
Punzonare nei punti di connessione usando un cacciavite.
Seguire la linea guida.
Rimuovere utilizzando le mani opportunamente protette.
Dopo aver aperto il foro di passaggio:
Rimuovere le sbavature e montare le protezioni fornite in
dotazione per proteggere le tubazioni.
Non rimuovere il pannello frontale dell'unità in modo che
la lamiera pretranciata possa essere facilmente punzona-
ta.

21 Refrigerating connections

Preliminary warnings
Detailed information on the unit (measurements, di-
mensions, fastenings, required distances, etc.) are
shown in the "Technical specifications" p. 10 ; chap-
ter.
The refrigeration connections, equipped with stop
valves on the outdoor unit, are preset for flange joining.
The unit does not require pre-charged cooling lines.
Cooling lines must be as straight as possible, any nec-
essary bends shall have a radius greater than 300 mm.
Avoid the entry of uncondensable gases (air) in the cir-
cuit, otherwise, with the unit in operation, high pres-
sures with the risk of damages might ensue.
Use connecting pipes and tools appropriate for the sys-
tem's refrigerant.
Do not tighten the adhesive tape too much, so as to
avoid damaging the insulation.
Avoid partial insulation of the pipes.
Connections
The outdoor unit is equipped with pre-cuts for the pas-
sage of refrigerating connections.
To remove the pre-cut sheet metal part:
Punch the connection points using a screwdriver.
Follow the guide line.
Remove manually using suitable protections for the
hands.
After opening the passage hole:
Remove any burrs and install the supplied protections
to protect the pipes.
Do not remove the unit's front panel so that the pre-cut
sheet metal can be easily punched.
