Vehicles with a 2.5L Engine
– Clamp off suction and return hose on the power steering fluid
reservoir.
1 - Hose Clamps - Up To 25mm - 3094-
Continuation for All Vehicles
– Loosen the wheel bolts.
– Raise the vehicle.
– Remove the front wheels.
– Remove the lower noise insulation. Refer to ⇒ Body Exterior;
Rep. Gr. 50 ; Noise Insulation .
– Remove the exhaust system bracket from the subframe
-arrows-.
– Loosen the double clamp for the exhaust system.
– Remove the hex nut -1- from the right and left coupling rod
-3-.
– Remove the coupling rod -3- from the stabilizer bar -2- on the
left and right sides.
– Remove the nuts -arrows- on the left and right side of the ve‐
hicle.
– Remove the control arm from the ball joint.
