9 Installation Checklists
Install the Vacuum Pump
Procedure
Install the components of the vacuum pump (including oil, if
applicable).
Check the pump voltage setting.
Connect the vacuum pump to analyzer.
Power ON the vacuum pump switch (if applicable).
Power ON the analyzer.
Connect Gases
Procedure
Verify that the gas supply location is standard - meaning that
the gas supply cylinders are located within 6 ft. (2 m) of the
gas port.
Regulators attached to gas cylinders.
Nitrogen connected to gas cylinder.
Gas lines attached to the instrument.
Gas lines tested for leaks.
Gas specified in application.
Measure Saturation Pressure
