Replace Grating Housing Cover

Perform the following procedure to replace the Grating Housing Cover:
1.
Position the Grating Housing Cover over the Grating Drive chamber.
2. Carefully tighten each of the four (4) hand-tight screws to secure the Grating
Housing Cover to the IsoPlane 81 chassis. See Figure C-13.

Final Alignment

Once the Grating has been aligned and the Grating Housing Cover has been reinstalled,
the final step is to return to LightField and adjust the spectrometer offset.
Perform the following procedure:
1.
Within LightField, open the LightField Spectrometer Grating and Offset add-in.
2. When prompted, select Adjust the spectrometer offset. See Figure C-14.
Changing Gratings
Step 8
If adjustment screws L11 and L12 are too tight, adjustments to A1 and A2 may
not be possible. If this happens, loosen L11 and L12 and proceed to step 9.
Step 9
If it is observed that the slit image is centered at 546 nm, but is not centered at
0 nm, return to step 1.
If it is observed that the slit image is centered at 0 nm, but is not centered at
546 nm, return to step 3.
Step 11
If it is observed that the slit image is centered at 546 nm, but is not centered at
0 nm, proceed to step 12, and then return to step 1.
If it is observed that the slit image is centered at 0 nm, but is not centered at
546 nm, proceed as directed to step 12, and then return to step 3.
