Required Tools
The following tools are required to focus a slit:

Focus Procedure
Perform the following procedure to focus the slit:
1.
Illuminate the slit with light from the IsoPlane 81 atomic emission wavelength
calibration lamp.
2. If necessary, within LightField, on the Experiment Setting tab, open the Regions of
Interest expander and select Bin Center 10 rows. See Figure 4-1.

3. On the Common Acquisition Settings expander, configure an Exposure Time of
50 ms. See Figure 4-2.
