P Pass. Indicates the procedure has been successfully completed without error.
F Fail. Indicates the procedure has been unsuccessful and prevents the analyzer from
being installed for use.

N No. Indicates the procedure has not been performed.
N/A Not Applicable. Indicates the procedure does not apply to your system.
Prepare for Installation

Review the Pre-installation Instructions and Checklist doc-
ument and ensure that the laboratory is prepared for install-
ation.
Ensure that the required personnel are available.
Ensure that all equipment has been unpacked and verified
using the packing list.
Ensure that all equipment has been checked for shipping dam-
age.
If damage occurred during shipment, has it been reported to

Analyzer is located in a suitable environment
Line voltage has been verified to be within tolerances and
changed if required.
