Possible causes of errors:
In case of an error in the program process, briefly turn off the balance and disconnect
from power supply. The weighing process must then be restarted from the beginning.

Possible cause
• The appliance is not switched on.
• The mains supply connection has been
interrupted (mains cable not plugged in/faulty).

Power supply interrupted.

Fuse has blown
• Sample tray has contact with wind protection
device or heated cover.
• Draught/air movement
• Table/floor vibrations
• Electromagnetic fields / static charging (choose
different location/switch off interfering device if
possible)
• Check adjustment
• No resetting to zero before loading the sample

Incorrect shut-down criteria set
•
Sample is not homogenous
•
Drying time is too short
•
Drying temperature too high (e.g. oxidation
sample material, boiling point of sample
exceeded)

Temperature sensor soiled or defective
