Possible cause
• The instrument is not switched on.
• The rechargeable battery is empty.
• Sample dish has contact with wind protection
device or heated cover.
• Draught/air movement
• Table/floor vibrations
• Electromagnetic fields / static charging (choose
different location/switch off interfering instrument
if possible)
• Check adjustment
• No resetting to zero before loading the sample
• Incorrect setting shutoff criterion
• Sample is not homogenous
• Drying time is too short
• Drying temperature too high (e.g. oxidation
sample material, boiling point of sample
exceeded)
• Temperature sensor soiled or defective
