event is defined.

4.3 Defining a Control Matrix Rule

4.3.1 Input Event

The Alarm event is described in detail,
followed by brief descriptions of each other
event type. Options may not apply to all event
types.
Alarm
Select whether the input is from Any zone, a
Specific zone or range of zones, a Specific
cell or range of cells, from a Virtual Input Point,
or from an individual device. Appropriate
windows are displayed in sequence.
1 Specify Network Location. For network
panels only, choose one of:
a. Specific Panel. From the drop-down list,
choose the panel from which the input will
be received. Available only if local zone
numbering is used, or with network zones
if 'Specific Cell(s)' or 'Specified Individual
Device' is chosen (zone type is selected
on the Specification tab, see Section 2.1).
b. 'Fallback Input'. Choose this if the Rule
only applies when the panel has lost
contact with part of the network (on Master/
Slave network, only applies to Master
panel, should it lose contact with fallback-
configured Slaves). 'Specific Panel' is set
automatically as being the local panel.'
c. Any Panel.
Then click 'OK'.
