Vent Line Filter-Waste Tank

INLET UNION
The waste (holding) tank fi lter is in-line between
the holding tank vent and in this case a starboard
routing to a waste vent exterior fi tting (exit hose
missing above). As the holding tank fi lls up with
waste it gives off odors. The vent fi lter breaks
down the odors with its unique charcoal absorbtion
system.
The waste filter is "customer friendly" as it is
designed with a union at each end for changing out
the fi lter. The unions unscrew counter clockwise for
serviceability. It is recommended to change the fi lter
yearly, normally at the end of your boating season.
Mark the change date on the fi lter or on your vessel
maintenance calendar.
It is a good habit to carry an extra fi lter onboard.
