OPERATION

Lock nut worn out

REMEDY
Use full PTO speed
Install blades so rotation is correct
Adjust machine
Reduce ground speed
Increase cutting height
Tighten bolts to correct torque
Rebuild or replace blade carrier
Replace lock nut
Replace blades (as a set)
Straighten or replace blade carrier
Retighten or replace blade bolt
Up and down drift in the blade
should not exceed 1-1/2"
