OPERATION

Bolts not tightened sufficiently
Bolt hole elongated or oversized
Lock nut worn out
Blades bent
Blade carrier bent
Blade bolts loose or worn

New blade used with a worn blade
Blades "locked" together
Inadequate greasing

REMEDY
Use full PTO speed
Install blades so rotation is correct
Adjust machine
