Application label
The application label is supplied with the device and can be used to show the local
application settings of the transmitter. It is recommended to fill in this label with the
application values and place it on the left side of transmitter.

History

The contents of these instructions are regularly reviewed and corrections are included in
subsequent editions. We welcome all suggestions for improvement.
The following table shows the most important changes in the documentation compared to
each previous edition.

Note
A flowmeter system consists of a sensor retrofit kit (SONOKIT) and a transmitter (FUS080).
These Operating Instructions only cover the transmitter part of the system. The sensor part
has a separate manual, which is available on the SITRANS F US literature CD-ROM and on
the flowdocumentation website (http://www.siemens.com/flowdocumentation)
