3. Lid Mounted Temp Gauge
Measures air temperature in the
cooking chamber.
4. Cook Chamber Lift Handles
Use these to lift the cook chamber off
of the firebowl in order to have full
access to the fire.
Caution – depending on what's
inside, the cook chamber can be
heavy! Ask a friend for help if
necessary.
5. Temp Probe Grommet
(51 cm model only)
Provides a path for a meat or temp
probe cable (not included) to pass
into the cooking chamber.
6. Cook Chamber Access Door
Add water or wood as needed
throughout the cook.
