Walking COS

Description
An extension user can use another extension telephone with the COS assigned on his own extension
temporarily. The extension accesses his own extension from another telephone and operates features with
the same conditions which are assigned his own extension. It is one of the remote operations. An extension
personal identification number (PIN) is required to use this feature (→ 1.27.1 Extension Personal
Identification Number (PIN)).
Conditions
• The following items are applied:
– COS programming
– Budget Management (→ 1.8.2 Budget Management)
– Itemised Billing code for ARS (→ 1.9.1 Automatic Route Selection (ARS))
– Extension number recorded on SMDR (→ 1.25.1 Station Message Detail Recording (SMDR)).
• Walking COS through DISA
