4 Autocheck Experience,
Service program
The Autocheck EXP service program is a tool to use
in connection with service of any of Husqvarna's
robotic lawnmowers. Its uses include:
• Updating software in Husqvarna
Automower®
• Trouble shooting on Husqvarna Automower®
• Reading off information from Husqvarna
Automower®
• Sending information to Husqvarna
Automower®
• Reading documents pertaining to Husqvarna
Automower®
Autocheck EXP is intended for Automower® models
from 2003. The program does not work on earlier
models.
The mower is connected to the computer via a
service cable. There are two different cables,
• USB cable with service connector of
standard USB type for Husqvarna
Automower® G3-models (e.g. 305).
• USB cable with service connector of special
type for Husqvarna Automower® G2 models
(e.g. 220AC, 230 ACX, Solar Hybrid and
260 ACX).
4�1 Installation and login
Autocheck EXP can only be installed on PC-
computers. The program has been developed and
tested for the following operating systems: Windows
XP, Windows Vista (32 and 64 bits), Windows 7
(32 and 64 bits). Compatibility with other operating
systems cannot be guaranteed.
The program uses screen resolution 1024x768.
When using screens with lower resolution full
functionality is not guaranteed.
4�1�1 Installing Autocheck EXP
1. Exit all open programs on your computer.
2. Insert the DVD with the service program into
the computer's reader.
The installation program normally starts
automatically. If not, go to My Computer and
open it manually.

3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
4. When the installation has finished an
Autocheck EXP menu will be created in the
Start menu on your computer. A shortcut
is also automatically created on the
computer's desktop.
4�1�2 Log in to Autocheck EXP
1. Start the program by double clicking on the
program icon on the desktop.
2. Enter your user name and password (same
as used for the Husqvarna Support Site) in
the login box that now appears.
3. Select your country.
4. Log in.
Note! The first time you log in after installing
Autocheck EXP requires Internet connection.
It is recommended that Autocheck EXP has access
to the Internet as frequently as possible to ensure
that you always have the latest updates with
regard to mower software, service documents etc.
It is possible to work with Autocheck EXP without
connecting to the internet for a limited period.
