6� TROUBLE SHOOTING
HOME-mode is activated.
TIMER settings are preventing
the mower from leaving the
charging station.
The mower never becomes
fully charged.
The transformer is defective
Cause
The control box is defective.
The MMI card is blocked
The MMI card is blocked
The control box is blocked
Press the HOME button down and select Auto
or MAN.
Check the TIMER settings.
Check that the mower is receiving the charging
power. See 2.2 Quick test on page 14. Check
that the value for Current corresponds with
the guideline values in section 1.13 Battery
on page 12. If there is no, or too low charge
current, grind off any deposits on the charging
strips on the mower and the contact strips in
the charging station. Use an emery cloth and
lubricate with a copper paste. Also check that
the cabling in the charging station and to the
mower's charging strip is correctly connected
and that they are not damaged.
Replace the transformer.
Action
Reprogram the control box using Autocheck
EXP. Use the Advanced function and download
the program manually. Ignore the Autocheck
EXP message No contact.
If programming does not start or if it terminates
before it is completed, the battery might need to
be charged for a few minutes.
See 4.3.4 Programming on page 42.
Program the mower using Autocheck EXP.
If it is not possible to program the mower in
the usual way, follow the instruction Program
blocked MMI card on page 42.
