Remove the MMI card.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Only touch the edges of the circuit
board� Never touch the card's
components and pin terminals�
7.
Fit a new MMI card. Carefully bend away
the snap fasteners to facilitate inserting the
MMI card.
8.
Assemble the cables for the stop button's
microswitch and keypad.
9.
Fit the MMI cable and the buzzer cable.
10. Put the main switch in position 1 and
connect the mower to Autocheck to
program the MMI card. See 4.3.4
Programming on page 42.
11. Fit the display cover. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.
12. Assemble the body. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.
5�11 Replacing the keypad
1.
Dismantle the body. See 5.2.1 Dismantling
body on page 50.
2.
Remove the display cover. See 5.2.2
Dismantling display cover on page 50.
3.
Disconnect the cable to the keypad from
the MMI card.
4.
Remove the MMI card by carefully bending
the two snap fasteners and simultaneously
lifting the MMI card in the edge on which
the snap fasteners are located.
5.
Pull off the keypad and pass the cable out
through the hole.

Remove the protective film from the new
keypad and then press it onto the display
cover. Remember to pass the cable
through the hole in the display cover.
Make sure you press the keypad carefully
and firmly into position. There must not be
any loose corners or air bubbles as this
the can cause dirt and moisture to enter
under the keypad.
Ensure that the cable to the display-circuit
board is connected in the right direction.
If the cable is incorrectly connected the
buttons will not correspond with the menu
functions.
7.
Fit the MMI card. Carefully bend away the
snap fasteners to facilitate assembly.
8.
Put the main switch in position 1 and test
that the keypad is working.

10. Assemble the body. See 5.2.4 Assembling

5�12 Replacing the buzzer
1.
Dismantle the body. See 5.2.1 Dismantling
body on page 50.
2.
Remove the display cover. See 5.2.2
Dismantling display cover on page 50.
3.
Remove the nut that holds the buzzer in
place in the display cover.
4.
Remove the buzzer.
5.
Fit the new buzzer.
6.
Connect the buzzer cable.
7.
Go to the menu Tools -> Test -> User
interface (5-3-2). Select Sound and press
OK. A brief beep should be heard.
