4�3�2 Manual test
Every component in Automower® can be tested in
manual test. The function consists of four parts:
• Power/Motors
• User interface
• Sensors
• Wire
When using Manual test unlike Auto test, you need
to start and stop the components you wish to test.
When you have started a test, for example, of the
wheel motors, these will run until you click on Stop.
This provides greater control over the test. Manual
test is therefore appropriate to use when you want
to test a specific component and when you want it
to run for a long period. Values are shown on screen
throughout the entire test.
4�3�3 Operating history
Operating history shows how well an Automower®
has been functioning. The function is divided into two
parts:
Operating data
Operating data displays information about the
mower's function divided into Key data, Search times
and Battery history. Trip is also displayed under
Operating data. Essentially the same information is
saved here as under Key data, but with the difference
that the trip counter can be reset (just as the number
of kilometres can be reset in a car). This function is
ideal to use when you wish to see how the mower
has been functioning during a specific period.
To reset: Click on the Reset button.

Fault memory
This list displays the last 50 faults to occur. The
fault is displayed with the date and time and where
the last fault to occur is shown at the top of the
list. Highlighting a specific fault displays possible
causes of the fault that has arisen and tips for trouble
shooting and measures.
4�3�4 Programming
Programming entails updating the MSW, SSW
and MMI programs in Automower®. Ensure
that Autocheck EXP is always updated before
programming commences.
Different control boxes in the mower and extra
equipment determine which program is to be used.
Therefore always use Automatic programming so that
Autocheck EXP checks which program is appropriate
for the mower connected. The check sometimes
needs to be supplemented with a few questions.
Read the questions carefully so that the right answer
can be supplied.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Always use Automatic programming.
Autocheck then automatically selects the
correct version of mower program and there
is no risk of Automower® being programmed
with the wrong version.

Always let Autocheck complete a
programming process that has commenced!
An interrupted programming can block the
mower's control box or MMI card.
Programming a blocked MMI-card
If the MMI-card should be locked so that it cannot
communicate or be programmed in the usual way it
can be placed in a so-called boot-mode. This should
only be used if the usual programming procedure
does not succeed.
1. Put the main switch in position 0.
2. Connect the USB cable and start Autocheck
EXP.
3. Keep the key 0 pressed in.
4. Put the main switch in position 1 (at the
same time as keeping the key 0 pressed in).
