9.
Secure the cable from the wheel motor in
the cable clamp in the lower part of the
chassis. Connect the cable to the control
box. If both the wheel motors are replaced
at the same time, ensure to connect the
right motor to the right connector on the
control box. The connector on the control
box is marked Right and Left.
10. Fit drive wheel and hub cap. The screws for
the wheels are treated with a locking oil that
can be reused up to 10 times with retained
locking.
NOTE! Don't forget the washer that should
be located between the screws and the
wheel.
11. Temporarily connect the MMI-cable to the
control box.
12. Set the main switch to position 1. Test that
the wheel motors are working by using the
test function in the menu Tools -> Test ->
Motor -> Wheel motor (5-3-1).
13. Put the main switch in position 0 and
disconnect the MMI cable.
14. Fit the chassis. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.
15. Fit the display cover. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.
16. Assemble the body. See 5.2.4 Assembling
chassis, display cover and body on page 51.

5�18 Replacing rear wheel bearings
1.
Turn the mower upside down.
2.
Unscrew the four screws (Torx 20) that
secure the rear wheel's two bearing
housings to the rear wheel bracket.
3.
Remove the two bearings from the rear
wheels.
4.
Carefully clean the bearing housing and the
wheel.
5.
Fit new bearings on the wheel and then
place the wheel and bearings in the
rear wheel bracket. Always change both
bearings at the same time.
6.
Fit the bearing housings.
