Solution
1. Check whether battery cables
are correctly connected.
2. Check that the battery terminal
voltage is normal.
3. Check that the battery fuse in
the power module is intact.
1. Check the configured number
of batteries.
2. Check that the battery neutral
wire is securely connected.
1. Check the mains input, and
charge batteries.
2. Check that the battery neutral
wire is securely connected.
1. Check the battery voltage.
2. Check that the configured
number of batteries is
consistent with the actual
number.
3. Check that the actual number
of batteries meets
requirements.
1. Check whether the battery
voltage is normal.
2. Check whether the UPS is
overloaded.

is damaged. If yes, replace the
battery.
4. Check any battery charger
generates an alarm. If yes,
replace the related faulty
power module.

blocked. If yes, rectify the
fault to resume the normal
operation of the fan.
2. Replace the power module if
the fan is faulty.
Check whether fans are blocked.
If yes, recover normal fan
running, or replace the module.
