Details of safety remote input signals

Safety input signals
■Device number
Name
Safety input signal X0 to X7
■Description
These signals indicate the ON/OFF state of safety remote input (SA\X) due to the external input signals (X) of the safety
remote I/O module.
However, depending on the settings of the safety double wiring function and input response time, the ON/OFF state of the
safety input signals X (SA\X) and that of the actual external input signals (X) may differ. For details on the safety double
wiring function, refer to the following.
Page 70 Safety double wiring function
When "Wiring selection of input" is set to "0: Not used" or "3: General single", the corresponding safety input
signal X (SA\X) is fixed to OFF.
When the ON or OFF state of the safety input signal X (SA\X) cannot be read, refer to the following.
