Set "Method selection" to "Parameter write" so that setting values can be set in the items of "Write Value/Setting Value".
Set values in all the items of "Write Value/Setting Value". If an item where a value is not set exists, "Parameter write" cannot
be executed.
• For "Safety authentication code", set a value that does not overlap with those of other safety remote I/O
modules, such as a MAC address. When setting a MAC address, set the lower eight digits of the MAC
address.
• When "Parameter write" has failed, the following window is displayed.
