Details on input signals

This section describes the details on the input signals for the I/O module with diagnostic functions that are assigned to the
CPU module.
This section describes the I/O numbers (X/Y) of when 0 is set as the start I/O number of the I/O module with diagnostic
functions.
Input signal
These signals indicate the ON/OFF state of external inputs.
However, when the input response time setting function or input delay function is enabled, the ON/OFF state of 'Input signal'
(X0) and the ON/OFF state of the actual external input (X00) may not match.
