Troubleshooting

Symptom
Blank display screen.
Logic console displays "Drive
Disengaged".
During limit setting, pressing the
close button causing the shutter
to open.
Opener Overloads.
Shutter operates from logic
console (OPEN/CLOSE) button but
not from transmitter.
Shutter does not close with
transmitter.
Shutter will not close fully.
Shutter will not open fully.
Auto-Close not working.

Possible cause
Mains power not switched on.
Communication cable not
connected.
Controls cover is lose or missing.
Hand chain is not freely hanging.
Motor running in wrong direction.
Shutter is locked.
Shutter tracks/hardware damaged.
Full load current settings are too
low.
Transmitter code not stored in
memory.
Transmitters operation disabled
from the time clock.
The opener is in "Vacation Mode".
Flat battery.
Safety Close Mode is on.
P.E. Beams not installed or not
working properly.
Shutter limit positions need to be
reset.
Shutter limit positions need to be
reset.
P.E. Beam not installed.
P.E. Beam or wiring faulty.

Owner Installation Instructions
Remedy
Switch on mains power.
Connect the communication cable.
Install the controls cover.
Free the hand chain.
Change the motor direction by
pressing stop button on the logic
console once.
Unlock the shutter.
Shutter requires service/repair by
qualifi ed technician.
Adjust the full Load current in
menu 2.1.
Code transmitter into opener's
memory.
Enable the transmitter operation in
the time clock menu.
Turn off "Vacation Mode".
Replace battery.
Turn the Safety Close Mode off.
Make sure P.E. Beams are
operational.
Reset limit positions.
Reset limit positions.
Install P.E. Beam.
Repair P.E. Beam or replace wiring.
Re-align optics.
Remove obstruction from path of
P.E..
Remove obstruction.
Set Auto-Close times.
