Subtract the height of the impeller [1] from the depth of
the volute case [2] to obtain the impeller clearance [3].
IMPELLER CLEARANCE:
WB20XT3:
0.30 – 0.70 mm (0.012 – 0.028 in)
WB30XT3:
0.50 – 0.90 mm (0.020 – 0.035 in)
If not, adjust clearance by adding or removing adjuster
shims [4] (page 10-5).
