System parameter settings determine normal UPS operation. Note the following:

Set Single/Parallel after confirmation.

Outp. Volt. level refers to the line voltage level. Set it based on site requirements.

Set Output frequency correctly; otherwise, loads may not work properly.

Set Battery capacity after repeated confirmation. Incorrect settings affect the charging
power. The battery capacity of each UPS is the total capacity of all batteries (when a
battery string is shared) or the capacity of batteries connected to the single UPS (when no
battery string is shared). High or low charging power shortens the battery lifespan, or even
promptly damages batteries. To determine the battery capacity, contact Huawei technical
support.

Step 3 After the quick settings, if no alarm is displayed on the LCD, go to the next step. If any
abnormal alarm is displayed, clear the abnormal alarm. Because batteries have not been
connected, the No battery alarm is a normal alarm.
Issue 03 (2019-12-13)
If dry contact signals are connected to the system, choose Settings > Dry Contacts, and check that the
connected dry contacts are set to Enable and that the disconnected dry contacts are set to Disable.
