If fault E20 is shown, the nominal orientation cannot be distin-
guished from other orientations.
Possible causes:
–
The nominal orientation was taught several times by
mistake.
Repeat the teach procedure. Make sure that the
S
sample parts are positioned in accordance with the
orientation shown.
–
The nominal orientation is too similar to other orienta-
tions.
Optimize the teach data with CheckOpti. With the
S
CheckOpti software even minimum differences can be
recognized. Please consult your technical advisor in
this respect.
