Cause
– Control cable defective or in-
correct pin assignment at
connection BUFFER/FEEDER.
– Incorrect sensor type set
– Conveyed part has lots of
holes or is semi-transparent
Conveyed part
– Speed of conveyor belt has
been modified
– High fluctuations in tempera-
ture for example between
day and night
– Conveyor device has been
replaced
Moving particles of dirt on the
conveyor device
Remedy
– Check correct wiring at
connection BUFFER/FEEDER.
– With CheckKon: Switch
polarity
With CheckKon:
– Increase conveyor belt speed
– Increase exposure time,
dividing factor
– Vary grey value threshold
– Limit camera lens coverage
– Activate filter function
With CheckKon:
Setting the picture limits
– Clean the conveyor device
with compressed air
– Install a reject device in front
of the conveyor device
