7.3.14 Adjusting the Tool 2 and the Cross Cutter Threshold (2-pen model)

This adjustment will set the Cross Cutter Threashold between pen 2 and Cross Cutter.
If you replace the main board, use the following procedure to input the adjustment values.
If you replace the pen block, you must adjust this value using the following procedure.
(1) Manually move the right side of Pen Block to the 80±5 mm position from the right side panel as shown
in the following picture.
(2) Turn on the power while holding down both the [TEST] and [ENTER] keys.
(3) Press the [MENU] key to display the adjustment menu, and then press the POSITION [ ] key to display
the following menu.
(4) Press the POSITION [ ] key until the following menu is displayed.
(5) Set the ball point pen to the tool 2 (pen station).
(6) Press the [3] key to select "TOOL2 THRESHOLD".
(7) Press the [1] key, then the pen goes down, and then the Height value is displayed on above menu.
(8) Read the Height value. (This value is used for the Cross Cutter Threshold also.)
