with first heavy line under glue purtion even with
top edge of form.
2.
Check bottom edge of form and verify that punches
are not required in last four lines on tape. If punches
are required in last four Jilles, proceed with step 8.
Otherwise, continue with step 3.
3.
Mark first channel on line that corresponds to first
line to be printed on form.
4.
Mark additional channel fur each skip stop required
on form.
5.
Mark channel 9 or 12 for last printing line on form if
overflow is required.
6.
Repeat steps 3 through 5 for as many additional
forms that will fit in 132 line spaces of control tape.
This extends life of tape by reducing number of
revolutions tape must make.
7.
Mark line corresponding to bottom edge of last form
for cutting after tape is punched. The tape is now
ready for punching.
8.
Place tape next to left edge of form it is to control,
with first heavy line under glue portion four lines
lower than top edge of form.
9.
Mark channels to be punched as in steps 3 through 6.
10.
Mark line for cutting tape four lines lower than
bottom edge of last form. This compensates for
four lines lost at top of tape. The tape is now
ready for punching.
