HI:::MOVING A DiSK PACK
1.
Move start/stop switch to STOP and wait for disk
pack to stop rotating.
2.
Raise cover on
2311.
3.
Carefully lower disk pack top cover over disk pack.
Do not hit cover against disk pack.
4.
With cover resting evenly on disk pack, rotate cover
at least two full turns counterclockwise. The ro-
tating action fastens cover to disk pack and reieases
pack from spindle.
5.
Lift cover containing disk pack from spindle.
6.
Fasten bottom cover firmly to disk pack, and return
pack to proper storage location.
7.
If another disk pack is not to be loaded, close cover
on
2311
to prevent accumulation of dust and
contaminants.
