Paper tray 2 fault -- Select
tray 1.
Check paper supply in
tray 1.
Tray 1 wait station sensor
not made, but SFRS
made.
Sheet did not clear tray 1
wait station sensor.
Tray 1 feeder failed to
feed sheet from stack to
SFRS.
Tray 1 has low paper.
Check paper supply in
tray 2.
Tray 2 wait station sensor
not made, but SFRS
made.
Explanation/action
The tray 2 elevator has not reached the end of its travel in
9 seconds.
1. Open the right front door.
2. Open and close tray 2.
3. Close the right front door.
The stack height sensor does not see the paper.
1. Clear the tray 1 feeder.
2. Load and close paper tray 1.
3. Press the Continue button.
The paper failed to reach the tray 1 wait sensor in time, or
no paper was at the wait station when attempting to feed.
1. Clear the tray 1 feeder.
2. Press the Continue button.

The feeder failed to move a sheet from the stack to the
stack force relief sensor within the allotted time.
1. Clear the tray 1 feeder.
2. Fan the copy paper stack (tray1).
3. Load and close paper tray 1.
4. Press the Continue button.
The tray 1 elevator was raised with insufficient paper or,
the paper supply was nearly depleted during printing.
1. Clear the tray 1 feeder.
2. Load and close paper tray 1.
3. Press the Continue button.
The stack height sensor does not see the paper.
1. Clear the tray 2 feeder.
2. Load and close paper tray 2.
3. Press the Continue button.
The paper failed to reach the wait station sensor in time, or
no paper was at the wait station when attempting to feed.
1. Clear the tray 2 feeder.
2. Press the Continue button.
