You can forward all faxes which you receive during a specified
date and time period to a specified remote station. This can be
useful when you are away from your FaxCentre and want to
receive your faxes at another workstation. This is referred to as
Receive Forwarding (RX FORWARD).
You can also forward all transmitted faxes to a specified
remote station. This can be useful if you want to keep an
archive of all sent faxes at a remote location. This is referred to
as Transmit Forwarding (TX FORWARD).

Setting up RX FORWARD

Press [Menu/Exit] and then

FEATURE' appears on the display, then press [Enter].
Press the

FORWARD' is displayed on the lower line, then press
[Enter].
Press the or
navigation key to display ON on the lower
Ø
line, then press [Enter].
Enter the number of the remote machine using the number
Ø
keypad.
Choose YES to enter a different number or NO to retain the
Ø
existing number, then press [Enter].
If you entered YES then repeat the previous step.
'START TIME' is displayed on the lower line.
Enter the correct start date and time using the numeric
Ø
keypad.
The date and time is entered and displayed in the following
order:
MM
=
DD
=
YY
=
HH:
=
MM
=
You can also use
digit you want to correct, then enter a new number.
