Sending a Fax Using Group Dialing (Multi-
Address Transmission)
You can send to a group simply by following the procedure for
Sending a Fax using a speed number (see "Speed Dialing" on
page 5-21.) and dialing the number of the group.
You can use Group Dialing for Memory transmission, or
Delayed transmission.
Follow the procedure of the desired operation (Memory
transmission - see "Memory Transmission" on page 5-35.,
Delayed transmission - see "Delayed Transmission" on
page 5-33.). When you come to a step in which the LCD
display requests you to enter the remote fax number, press
[Speed Dial] and enter the group dial number. You can use
only one group number for one operation (you can enter
additional individual numbers but any group must be the first
entry). Then continue the procedure to complete the desired
operation.
Your FaxCentre automatically scans the document loaded in
the document tray into the memory, and the FaxCentre will dial
each of the numbers included in the Group.
