Open the ADF top cover.

Keeping the Constant Velocity Transport (CVT) glass clean
helps ensure the best possible copies. It is recommended that
you clean the CVT glass at the start of each day and during the
day as needed.
Regular cleaning keeps the Control Panel and LCD Display
free from dust and dirt. To remove finger prints and smudges,
clean the control panel and LCD screen with a soft, lint-free
cloth, lightly dampened with water.
Use a cloth moistened with water to clean the Document
Feeder, Collate Tray, Paper Cassette and the outside areas of
the FaxCentre F12.
