Reports

Xerox FaxCentre F12 User Guide
Various Reports and Lists are available on your machine. The
reports help you to monitor your machine and fax activity –
System Data for example.
Reports can be set up to include specific information or to print
automatically.

Phone Book

This report shows all of the numbers currently stored in the
FaxCentre's memory as one-touch dial, speed dial, group dial
numbers, and mail box.

Transmission Report

This report shows information concerning transmission
activities recently made.

Reception Report

This report shows information concerning reception activities
recently made.

Help List

This report shows the FaxCentre's basic functions and
commands to use as a quick reference guide.
Your FaxCentre automatically prints out the following pages to
report some conditions:

System Data

This list shows the status of the user-selectable options. After
you change any setting, print this list to confirm your changes.
