formats to specify the date:
(1) MM/DD/YY
(2) YY/MM/DD
(3) DD/MM/YY

a 12- or a 24-hour clock.
For example, enter 03:45
pm if you're using a 12-hour
clock, or enter 15:45 if
you're using a 24-hour
clock.
Enter a valid mailbox
number (1—5) or
Phonebook number
(individuals, 1—94;
groups, 95—99).
