Check the pump, clean and perform maintenance if necessary
•
Remove the intake cage with macerator (TX 20).
•
Check the shaft behind the impeller for objects or soiling, clean if
necessary.
•
Clear the ventilation pipe.
•
Check the cutter blade on the shaft and cutting plate
in the spiral housing for wear and replace if necessary
(see accessories set 28075 and follow the installation
instructions no. 010-006 enclosed with the accessories
set on how to centre the cutter blade).
5.5
Clean the components
Clean all the removed components in a water bath
(using a brush if necessary).
5.6
Grease the components with seals
Grease the seals of the following components:
- Slide-in flap housing
- Lockable cover
- Swivel connection
- Grease backwater flap and motorized lever where both components touch
5.7
Assemble the components
•
First mount the pump as it will start trial operation when the control unit is connected to power supply (SDS).
•
Re-fit the components in reverse order, at the same time carrying out the functional check (see chapter "4 Functional
check / commissioning").
•
Make sure that the motor-driven flap is open (shown on the display) and that there is no fault indicated on the
control unit.
•
Document the maintenance in the control unit, set the next maintenance date.
