Remove the components

Remove the pump
• Open both quick-release closures. 
• Open the one-handed closure on the flap housing. 
• Open the swivel connection.
• The pump can be lifted out without any tools. 
Remove the level detection
• Unscrew both screws (TX25).
• Pull out the probe including bracket.
• Repeat the procedure for the second probe.
Remove the lockable cover and the slide-in flap housing
• Open both quick-release closures.
• Remove the cover with motor. 
• Pull out the slide-in flap housing with backwater flap. 
• Check the backflow preventer: 
• Check whether the backflow preventer closes completely.
To do this, actuate the flap and listen for a "plop" sound.
• Check seals for damage.
• Clean if soiled. If the backflow preventer is worn,
replace it (see "Fig. [25]").
