KIT VALVOLA A 3 VIE E 4X2 MOTORIZZATA
Il kit si compone di:
- Valvola a 3 vie / 4 attacchi con by pass incorporato, realizzata in
ottone,pressione massima di esercizio 16 bar:
Attuatore elettrotermico con le seguenti caratteristiche:
- alimentazione 230 V
- azione ON/OFF (o modulante)
- tempo di apertura totale 4 minuti
NOTA: La Valvola 4X2 permette di convertire in unità a 4 tubi una cassetta
originariamente con batteria a 2 tubi. Il kit comprende due valvole
speciali "4x2", due attuatori (on/off o modulanti a seconda del
codice del kit valvole) ed il relativo kit tubi. L'installazione è mostrata
nelle figure 1,2,3, e 4.

Le perdite di carico dell'assieme valvola/kit idraulico di collegamento si
ricavano dalla formula:

• Il kit valvola comprende:
- il corpo della valvola,
- 2 (o 4) NIPPLES 1/2" M/M,
- kit tubi,
- l'attuatore elettrotermico.
• Montaggio
Attenzione: bloccare i raccordi dell'unità con una controchiave al
momento del serraggio per evitare la tensione dei tubi all'interno
dell'unità.
• A vvitare la parte "1 pezzo" dei raccordi a giunto sferico sulle filettature
della valvola. Utilizzare la pasta o il teflon per la tenuta stagna.
• C ollocare in sede l'azionatore termico sulla valvola e collegare il cavo nel
quadro elettrico come da schema elettrico.
• F issare la bacinella ausiliaria (fornita con l'unità) sul lato sotto la valvola.
Collocare il raccordo della bacinella nel foro sotto la valvola. Fissare la
bacinella con le due viti fornite.

kit includes:
- Brass 3-way valve / 4 connections with built-in by-pass, maximum
operating pressure 16 bar;
Electrothermal ON/OFF actuator featuring:
- power supply: 230 V
- ON/OFF function (or floating)
- total opening time: 4 minutes
REMARK: The "4x2" valve kit allows to convert in a 4 pipe unit the water
cassette originally equipped with a 2 pipe coil. The valve kit includes two
special "4x2" water valves, two actuators (on/off or floating depending on
the kit code) and the water piping. Installation is shown in pictures 1,2,3,
and 4.

• The valve kit includes:
- the valve body,
- 2 (or 4) NIPPLES 1/2" M/M,
- piping,
- actuator (with 230V "On/Off" heating element).
• Assembly
Important: Hold the unit's couplings with a wrench while tightening to
avoid twisting the tubes inside the unit.
• S crew the "1 part" portion of the swivel coupling onto the valve threads.
Use sealing compound or Teflon on the threads.
• I nstall the thermal actuator on the valve and connect the cable in the
electrical box as shown in the electric wiring diagram.
• M ount the auxiliary tank (supplied with the unit) on the side, below the
valve. House the tank's fitting in the hole underneath the valve. Secure
the tank with the two screws provided.
