Day two
The Polycom field service engineer will assist with training of the
end-user and verify that all questions are answered. Our engineer will
usually be on-site from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Activities will include the
following:
1. Assist with handout and training of handset users.
2. Stay on-site for a couple hours to answer any questions from users
and/or administrator.
3. Have customer contact or system administrator sign the
installation acceptance document.
