8.4 Cut / Stack

Problem
Machine fails to cut
labels (the rotary
knife does not rotate).
The stacker platform
fails to run.
Labels will not stack.
Knife does not cut
completely through.
Knife will not cut.
Probable Cause
1) The knife is disabled.
2) Cut count is set to "0" in the
Design File.
1) The stacker
disconnected.
1) Stacker is not operating.
2) Stacker position
machine too high or too low.
3) Incorrect position platform bed
angle.
1) Knife blade
misaligned.
1) Knife blades are dull.

1) Enable the knife in the setup menu via the
Virtual Control / Display in PCMate
Platinum section 8.0.
1) Refer to the PCMate Platinum software
manual.
