7.2. Initializing the cash register - Master reset

1. The cash register is switched off.
2. Disassemble the cash register such that there is access to the motherboard; all cables remain connected.
3. Connect jumper XT1. (The jumper is not a component of the cash register.)
4. Switch on the cash register.
5. The following appears in the upper row of the cashier display: „Sys. parameter", in the lower part „Master reset"
6. Press button TL.
7. On the cashier display, you'll be asked to enter the current date. Do so in the form DDMMYY and confirm by pressing
 TOTAL.
8. On the cashier display, you will be asked to enter the current time. Do so in the form HHMM and confirm by pressing
 TOTAL.
9. After completion of initialization, these words appear on the cashier display: „INITIALIZATION OK"
10. Switch off the cash register.
11. Disconnect jumber XT1.
12. Reassemble the cash register.
