Before disassembling the cash register, installing any modules or accessories, it is necessary to perform the following
basic steps:
•
Before installing (or replacing) any cash register module that is in use, we recommend confirming the end of sales
in advance by running a Z-report. Incorrect installation could lead to a loss of sales information.
•
Before installation we recommend printing out, if the cash register allows it, the basic settings of the cash register,
or saving this data by transferring them to a computer.
•
Before installation the cash register must be turned off and all cables disconnected.
2.1. Procedure for disassembling the cash register
2.1.1. Removing the cash register covers
1. The cash register must be switched off and the power adapter disconnected.
2. Loosen the screw to the accumulator cover, remove the accumulator and disconnect it from the motherboard.

3. Open the paper ribbons cover and remove it.
